Aiwibi is a web platform for mothers to connect their social media accounts (including TikTok and Instagram), view content performance analytics, and earn rewards based on their content activity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an Aiwibi account.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

4. Connecting Third-Party Accounts

When you connect a TikTok or Instagram account to Aiwibi, you authorize us to access data made available through those platforms' official APIs, solely to provide the analytics and rewards features described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect a linked account at any time. Your use of TikTok and Instagram remains subject to their own respective terms of service.

5. Rewards Program

Rewards are calculated based on content performance data pulled from connected accounts. Aiwibi reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or modify the rewards program, including eligibility criteria and reward values, at its discretion, with reasonable notice to users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to manipulate analytics or rewards through fraudulent activity, including fake engagement or bot activity.
• Access or attempt to access accounts that are not your own.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology that make up Aiwibi (excluding your own social media content and data) are owned by Aiwibi or its licensors.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Aiwibi and request account deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Aiwibi is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and analytics data accuracy depends on data made available by third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to change beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiwibi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aiwibi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
